Many of you ask us if and when we plan to brew our own lager beer. We’ve pondered over the idea for a while and here’s a classic 11 degree Plato bottom-fermented beer. Well, that’s if a Nelson Sauvin-hopped lager can be considered classic. Zealander is a high bitterness medium-bodied beer with superb drinkability.

About
A refreshing summer beer, Beervana style. Belgian Wit with coriander and oatmeal, plus dozens of liters of black currant juice as well as black currant puree. Strong red color, aroma dominated by wheat, coriander and black currant. A light low bitterness beer with a tad sour fruity character that makes you want to have another sip.
Our new summery thirst quencher. A light Session IPA hopped with Citra, Waimea and Cascade. Add a few kilograms of kalamansi puree and you get a tropical, citrusy, high in bitterness yet dry bomb, ideal for these hot days.

About
Did we really brew a lager? Well, yes we did. But as the title says, don’t expect your classic Pilsener type beer. Hopped with Nugget, Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy and Citra, this India Pale Lager makes sure you get your dose of hoppy bitterness and citrus fruit aroma and taste.
