  Many of you ask us if and when we plan to brew our own lager beer. We’ve pondered over the idea for a while and here’s a classic 11 degree Plato bottom-fermented beer. Well, that’s if a Nelson Sauvin-hopped lager can be considered classic. Zealander is a high bitterness medium-bodied beer with superb drinkability.

  Color: light yellow, orange, hazy
  Aroma: strong tropical fruit, citrusy, hoppy
  Taste: malty, full-bodied, fruity (grapefruit, orange, mango), subtle grassy character and strong juice-like profile
  Bitterness: medium
  Other: A nice and light yet full-bodied American Pale Ale brewed in the hazy “New England” style. Intensely dry-hopped with Mandarina, Summit, Mosaic a Nelson Sauvin at some 12g/L gives this beer a “juicy” kick while keeping bitterness low.

  A co-op IPA between Raven and Danish homebrewer Kim Johansen. Brewed according to Kim’s recipe that won him 5 gold medals. Heavily hopped with Citra and Amarillo, this is one aromatic beer full of tropical fruit and hints of caramel with higher bitterness.
