Well, that’s if a Nelson Sauvin-hopped lager can be considered classic. Zealander is a high bitterness medium-bodied beer with superb drinkability.
Our first beer is a well-hopped session IPA where we sure did not hold back on all kinds of American hops. The result is an aromatic beer with a slight malt backbone and satisfying bitter front. Come have 1… or 5. 😉
Brewed with a combination of five different malts, some heavily roasted for a near jet black appearance, and beneath its dark exterior features luxurious red berry notes, toasty aromas on the nose and culminates in a dry, bitter finish.
