  About

Many of you ask us if and when we plan to brew our own lager beer. We’ve pondered over the idea for a while and here’s a classic 11 degree Plato bottom-fermented beer. Well, that’s if a Nelson Sauvin-hopped lager can be considered classic. Zealander is a high bitterness medium-bodied beer with superb drinkability.

Our first beer is a well-hopped session IPA where we sure did not hold back on all kinds of American hops. The result is an aromatic beer with a slight malt backbone and satisfying bitter front. Come have 1… or 5. 😉

  Anderson Valley | Heelch O’Hops | USA
  Double IPA | 19° | 8.7% ABV

  1

  About

Robust. Brewed with a “heelch” (that means “a lot” in Boontling) of Columbus, Chinook, and Cascade hops, this double IPA has a palate pleasing bitterness that is artfully balanced with a full-bodied malt foundation. With a deep color of polished brass and a nose that sings of pink grapefruit and redwood needles, the rich biscuit-like malt flavors are intertwined with hints of vanilla, mangoes, and peppercorns leading to a deep, warming finish.
