Aroma: hoppy herbal character, grapes, tropical fruit
Taste: juice-like profile, oranges, white grapes, herbal tones

Other: It is our Transatlantic Pale Ale. Unfiltered and heavily dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc, Motueka and Galaxy. Fermented with an “experimental” yeast and an old school IPA water profile. It has a pillowy mouthfeel and it comes with elegant notes of grapes and white wine. It is certainly one of the most interesting combination of ingredients that we used so far.
