A slightly citrusy yet bitter pale ale brewed in the brand new Poprad’s Tatras brewery. Hopped and dry-hopped with 6 different American hop varieties and named after the iconic Tatra mountains’ chamois.
Many of you ask us if and when we plan to brew our own lager beer. We’ve pondered over the idea for a while and here’s a classic 11 degree Plato bottom-fermented beer. Well, that’s if a Nelson Sauvin-hopped lager can be considered classic. Zealander is a high bitterness medium-bodied beer with superb drinkability.
Our first beer is a well-hopped session IPA where we sure did not hold back on all kinds of American hops. The result is an aromatic beer with a slight malt backbone and satisfying bitter front. Come have 1… or 5. 😉

This time we set to brew a single hop Citra Black IPA. Dark brown to black-colored hoppy ale with hints of citrus and roasted coffee in aroma as well as taste.
A nice summery ale brewed especially for summer festivals. Blonde beer with citrusy and piney aroma. Higher bitterness despite its refreshing character. A very drinkable single malt and single hop.
Porter ako inak tmavej ebenovej farby s nižším nasýtením a bohatou krémovou penou. Vynikajú v ňom stopy kávy, čokolády, orieškov, hrozienok a praženosti. Chuť je plnšia so strednou horkosťou a dlhým kávovo-čokoládovým dozvukom. Jemný a zároveň výrazný porter s dobrou pitelnosťou.

Our first bock and just in time for winter. A light amber-colored weizenbock brewed in Poprad-based Tatras. A malty full-bodied beer with low bitterness. Caramel and banana tones, some clove and a bit of pleasant and warm alcohol finish. Extremely drinkable.
Permon predstavuje ďalšie pivo zo série single hop, kde tentokrát kraľuje americká Citra. Zlatistá farba, sladší začiatok s tónmi karamelu a medu. Citrusy, tropické ovocie, mango a limetka sú dominantné vo vôni aj chuti. Stredne plné telo s vyššou horkosťou.

A new IPA by Mazák, this time hopped with New Zealand hop varieties. Orange color, malty taste that slowly goes from citrus fruit tones to distinct bitterness. Very drinkable.

A traditional Abbey Tripel by To Øl. A golden color beer with caramel, honey, nuts, vanilla and coriander aroma. A medium-bodied malty beer with a tad herbal/spicy taste dominated by Belgian yeast.
Coffee stout with cold brew coffee. Dark brown to black color beer with aroma of dark chocolate. A full-bodied beer with roasty, roasted coffee, dark chocolate and loganberry taste. Medium bitter.
