About
A somewhat forgotten Belgian beer style that belongs to the family of Farmhouse Ales. What’s interesting about this is beer is that it’s “raw”, meaning it didn’t go through a boiling phase as is usual when brewing beer. Hopped with Polish hops (Marynka, Lubelski, Sybilla a Junga) during the brewing stage and American hops (Centennial a Equinox) for dry-hopping.
