About
A darker gold-colored beer with medium body and gentle hops aroma. The hops used were East Kent Goldings and the water used for brewing had been treated to best resemble water found in Burton.
American IPA brewed by the world famous Yo-Ho Brewing Co.’s Toshi Ishi. The hops used were Columbus, Amarillo and Cascade which lend the beer its high bitterness and citrus tones.

This special IPA was brewed with Habanero chilli peppers (200,000-300,000 SHU). A decent spiciness adds an interesting twist to this higher bitterness IPA.
