Dark colored beer with a citrus, caramel and piney aroma. Brewed especially for the pre-Christmas time. Sweet malty beginning transforms into a dry, nutty-coffee finish. Dry hopped with American hops Chinook.
A strong lager beer (Bock) of dark brown color with caramel and coffee-like aroma. The taste bears hints of raisins and plums. Not too sweet with a bitter aftertaste.
Unflavored lambic version, spontaneously fermented by Brettanomyces Bruxellensis a Brettanomyces Lambicus. The end result is a sour, dry and wild character sparkling beer.
