Grodziskie – a historical style of beer from Poland that is typically made from oak-smoked wheat malt. It addition Piwne Podziemie added a little bit of orange zest and aged this beer on Spanish Cedar to add some spicy notes.
It is a light golden color low alcohol content beer with a smoke in aroma. The taste is light and crisp. This is Raw Grodziskie – meaning that it was not boiled at all. The wort was only heated up to 98 degrees Celsius.
